Professional Counselor Associate
I am a Professional Counselor Associate specializing in supporting clients who are navigating chronic illness and neurodivergence. I utilize a systemic and somatic parts work approach to create more awareness, understanding, and compassion within your relationship to self and others. Our work can also include a balance of lightness and heaviness by infusing warmth and humor into our time together. Lastly, if it is in alignment with your needs and values, we can incorporate energetic awareness throughout our sessions as a way of deepening your level of embodiment.
I work with teens and adults navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, and neurodivergence — including ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, and sensory processing differences — as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My work also supports exploration of identity, including gender identity, racial identity, LGBTQ+ experiences, immigration and acculturation, multicultural issues, and spirituality.
My approach is collaborative and relational, weaving together systemic and somatic parts work with mindfulness and mind-body connection. Sessions may include practices to carry into daily life, and — when it aligns with your needs and values — energetic awareness as a way of deepening embodiment.
