I’m a Professional Counseling Associate seeing clients in Oregon.

My approach to therapy is client-centered—I aim to meet you where you’re at, honor your innate resiliency, and work collaboratively to create an individualized treatment plan. I know that each of us navigates a variety of oppressive systems and needs space to bring our unique perspectives and identities into the therapeutic relationship.

I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, understanding that each person’s values and priorities vary widely, and I bring an open curiosity to our work together. My goal is to help you access your strengths, improve your relationships, make sense of your evolving personal narrative, and develop the support system you need to thrive. I draw from theoretical frameworks such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and parts work.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, questions around identity, creative blocks, and relationship challenges.

To ensure clients receive the level of care best suited to their needs, I work with individuals who are relatively stable and able to engage in weekly outpatient therapy. I am not the best fit for those currently navigating active suicidal thoughts, psychosis, or frequent crises, and I recommend connecting with providers who specialize in crisis stabilization or more intensive levels of care.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in 2024, and before that, I completed a Master’s in Painting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. I spent many years working in creative industries and academic environments. With my background in visual arts, music, and theater, I welcome clients for whom creativity is central to their personal and spiritual identity. I view counseling as a creative process, where realizations and new thought patterns can emerge through the exchange of ideas and emotions.

When I’m not playing music or painting, I enjoy cooking, projecting movies on the wall, reading, and walking with friends.
